ATAL TINKERING LAB

Atal Tinkering Lab(ATL) is a sub mission under Atal Innovation Mission of the Government of India. It is a government scheme administrated under NITI Aayog. The objective of this scheme is to foster curiosity,creativity and imagination in young minds. Atal Tinkering Lab is a workspace that enables young minds to shape their ideas through hands on-do-it yourself mode with the aim to empower youth with the 21st century skills of creativity, innovation critical thinking,design thinking, social and cross cultural collaboration and ethical leadership. Students are offered opportunities to work with the tools and equipment to understand the concepts of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math). ATL team at Marygiri conducts different activities that range from regional and the national level competitions, exhibitions, workshops on problem solving designing and fabrication of products,lecture series at periodic intervals.
